Provided strategic insight working on behalf of the OCR Product Management team based on both educational desk research and qualitative interviews conducted with stakeholders. Output included detailed report with conclusions and recommendations, customer journey mapping template, product timeline with key indicators and overarching presentation to senior staff to share key messages.

Project | 02 Project Management to create BTEC Customised Qualifications
Working directly with international customers I project managed and provided bespoke educational consultancy to develop up-to-date qualifications to meet specific customer needs - including in Nutrition and Health Consultancy and for Teaching Assistants working with Children with Special Educational Needs. Using my own qualification design expertise, and working alongside the customer and external subject experts I delivered the projects to successful, timely completion on behalf of the Pearson team.

Project | 03 Quality Assurance for Online Learning Content for Pearson
Working across multiple teams and vendors, I provided quality assurance checks at key development stages to ensure the lesson content was appropriate for a number of Pearson projects, including International A Levels for Harrow School Online and International GCSEs and International A Levels for Pearson Online Academy.
